Why isn't there a per-seat price?
Per-seat pricing rewards us for your headcount growing, not for the company actually working. We charge per stage and complexity instead. It's better aligned and, frankly, simpler.
What if we're past 40 people but not ready for Studio?
Talk to us. We have an Operating+ tier that bridges the gap for companies 40–80 — same product, slightly heavier founder-partner cadence, transparent pricing once we understand your shape.
Can we pause the subscription?
Yes. Pause for up to six months at any time on Operating plans. Your data stays put. We resume the founder-partner cadence when you do.
Do you offer discounts for early-stage or mission-driven teams?
Yes — pre-seed companies and 501(c)(3) organisations get 50% off Operating for the first year, no paperwork beyond a quick verification. Apply through the booking flow.
